CREATE SEAMLESS, DYNAMIC PASSAGES
Produce natural, vivid solo violin performances. Seamless, phase-aligned velocity crossfades on long articulations eliminate phasing when transitioning between dynamic layers.

WEAVE IN REAL-WORLD VIBRATO
Innovative modeling of live virtuoso vibrato performances, recorded and re-applied to the sample content, lets you produce highly authentic results through real-time control and automation.

FINE-TUNE NUANCED TIMBRES
Dial in the perfect timbre for long articulations. Choose the Low String fingerboard position for a soft, mellow tone or the High String position for a brighter, more vibrant sound. Or opt for the Smart position, which intelligently selects the closest fingerboard position to the other notes played, as a real violinist would.

A COMPREHENSIVE RANGE OF ARTICULATIONS
Switch among 20 articulations in total, including Long, Short, Expressive, Dynamic, and Special articulations, all with up to three legato transitions. Or select the adaptive Virtuoso articulation, which intelligently combines multiple articulations depending on the velocity, note, and pitch bend information you generate through your MIDI controller performance.

BLEND MULTIPLE MIC POSITIONS
Place your Stradivari in the perfect acoustic space. A multi-mic version of the instrument provides mix faders that let you adjust three separate mixdowns of the 32 microphones. Mix close, mid, and far mic positions. An included second version of STRADIVARI VIOLIN provides a stereo-only mix that’s lighter on your CPU and RAM for a speedier workflow and extra focus when composing.

THE MAKING OF A CLASSIC
STRADIVARI VIOLIN is the culmination of several years of collaborative planning and execution by e-instruments, Native Instruments, and the Museo del Violino in Cremona, Italy. The museum launched the project to digitally preserve the iconic historical instruments in its collection while enabling a new generation of contemporary musicians to use them in their own work.
